What is your payment term?

We accept Western Union, Paypal and T/T for sample order.

We accept the T/T and L/C in sight for regular order.
It is my first time to import product, can you arrange all shipping for me?

It is our pleasure, we have the partner who can arrange all document and shipment to you by express, by air or by sea.
How do you ship the sample and how long does it take?

For sample, we usually ship by express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT).

It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.

For regular order we delivery products by air or by sea.
What is your lead time for the mass products such as 500 units per item?

General speaking, it will take 16-22 workings days after getting payment and confirmation about the sample.
How long will it take if asking for the sample?

General speaking, 2-4 working days if asking for our regular items.
